Michael leads Spike Development Group's day-to-day operations and serves as the platform's senior construction leadership principal. He oversees project sourcing, execution oversight, and delivery coordination across the firm's portfolio of anchored retail, multifamily, and mixed-use developments — and is the firm's licensed general contractor of record in Florida.
Steve directs the firm's capital structure, underwriting, and financial operations. He partners with institutional capital, lenders, and joint-venture stakeholders to structure transactions that align long-term returns with disciplined execution across every asset class.
Dylan leads field operations across the platform. He directs Spike's project leadership teams, procurement strategy, and licensed-partner coordination — delivering projects on schedule and under GMP across multiple concurrent multi-market rollouts.
Clay leads business development and relationship management across the platform. He owns tenant, capital partner, and municipal relationships — sourcing new opportunities and stewarding the long-term partnerships that drive Spike's repeat-business model.
